In a country like India where food choices are shaped by many factors such as the climate of the place, the historical influences in the region, ethnicity of people and cultural preferences, any discourse on food preferences should take into account the impact of the changes on all stakeholders. Our report “Indian Cuisine at Crossroads” was prepared for ASSOCHAM Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility (AFCSR) and it was launched on April 14, 2023 by Hon’ble Minister Commerce and Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal.
