Study on the Efficiency of Funds Flow Mechanism

Asian Development Bank has commissioned TARI and Thought Arbitrage Consulting jointly to conduct a study on the efficiency of funds flow mechanism of the Aid, Accounts & Audit Division (AAAD), Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), Ministry of Finance, GoI.

The study will review the process of flow of aid, grants, loans and technical assistance to India by multilateral agencies from the DEA to the implementing agencies at states, centre and other bodies. The study will also compare best practices from other member countries and look at use of IT solutions to improve process and funds flows. The study also entails working with a systems integrator.
