Gender and Inclusion

Women's workforce participation is a key driver of economic growth and social progress. Our research supports stakeholders in fostering inclusive work environments by examining structural barriers, policy interventions and economic trends influencing women's employment in India.

We work on identifying the gaps in policy and practice that hinder the full participation of women in the workforce and suggest actionable solutions to bridge these gaps.
