TA engages with corporate and other clients to conceptualise content and provide training and capacity building support for Board, senior to mid-level management, as well as other staff, on key regulatory policies and practises.

Based on client needs and cohorts, training is delivered in-person or virtually, or through in-house tools developed by TA.
Our clients include universities, start-up incubation and acceleration centres, public sector undertakings, multilateral banks, government agencies, private audit firms, listed and private companies.
Most recently, TA has been collaborating with Shiv Nadar University to deliver their exclusive one year programme, "Women Excel on Boards," aimed at providing women leaders with the skills and knowledge required to successfully transition from executive positions to corporate board roles. This programme has been running successfully for the past 3 years.
TA also been engaged by listed to companies to assist in preparation of the SEBI-mandated ESG reporting framework "Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report" (BRSR) for which workshops/training/awareness sessions have been conducted for all concerned stakeholders (including Board and management).
